Subscription & Refund Policy

1PRO Subscription Overview

WiFi Analyzer PRO removes all advertisements and unlocks premium features. It is available as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

2Available Plans

Actual prices are displayed in the App and in the Google Play Store in your local currency, and may vary by country or currency. Prices shown in the App are provided by Google Play and are accurate at the time of display.

3Free Trial

The Monthly plan includes a 3-day free trial that provides temporary access to WiFi Analyzer PRO features without charge for the trial period. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not include a trial.

• A valid payment method must be on file with Google Play to start a free trial.
• At the end of the trial period, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the standard plan price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
• Free trials are available only once per Google account per eligible plan.
• The Developer reserves the right to modify or withdraw free trial availability at any time.

4Billing & Auto-Renewal

Subscription charges are billed to your Google Play payment method at the start of each billing period. Auto-renewal is active by default for the Monthly subscription plan.

• Google Play will attempt to charge your payment method 24 hours before each renewal date.
• If payment fails, Google Play may retry the charge and may suspend PRO access pending successful payment.
• Google Play sends renewal confirmation emails to the email address associated with your Google account.

The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase — it does not auto-renew and there are no recurring charges.

5Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play. To cancel:

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device;
2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions;
3. Select WiFi Analyzer and tap Cancel subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. PRO access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not entitle you to a partial refund for the remaining days in the current period unless required by applicable law.

6Refunds

Because all transactions are processed by Google Play Billing, all refund requests must be directed to Google Play. Epsilon Developers does not process refunds directly and does not have access to your payment information.

To request a refund from Google Play:

1. Visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions ↗;
2. Or go to Google Play Help → Request a refund ↗;
3. Select your WiFi Analyzer purchase and submit a refund request.

Google Play's refund policy applies. Refund eligibility depends on your country of residence, the type of purchase, and the time elapsed since the purchase. Google Play may grant a refund for subscriptions within 48 hours of initial purchase in eligible regions.

7Price Changes

Subscription prices may be updated from time to time. Google Play will notify you of any price increase before the next renewal date, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect. Continued use after a price increase constitutes acceptance of the new price.

8Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the App, upgrade your device, or switch to a new device, you can restore your PRO status using the same Google account that made the original purchase:

1. Open WiFi Analyzer;
2. Navigate to Settings → Restore Purchases, or use the "Restore purchases" button on the Premium screen.

PRO status is verified against Google Play on each app launch. An active internet connection is required for verification.
